ReCrafted

 Upcycled, Handmade

ReCrafted is a showroom in downtown Budapest, located within the Paloma Artspace community, where upcycling and craftsmanship come together. It is a tiny yet diverse space that showcases the work of Hungarian artists - those who create new, unique objects from materials destined for the trash.

We believe that waste is not the end of the story, but can be a new beginning. The creations you’ll find here - whether jewelry, home decor, or accessories - are all reborn from salvaged materials. These are objects that not only serve a function but also carry a story.

ReCrafted was born out of a shared vision: behind our objects lie decisions, responsibility, and the creative presence of the maker. The works presented here are made from recycled or salvaged materials, typically in small batches or as one-of-a-kind pieces, with genuine artisanal added value.

The space is built on the collaboration of multiple creators. It brings together diverse materials, techniques, and perspectives. ReCrafted aims to serve as a point of connection between creators and visitors, and between objects and stories.

We’re based at Paloma Artspace, one of Budapest’s hidden inner-city courtyards located between Ferenciek Square and Astoria, which has been providing a space for independent designers and artisans for over a decade. This environment offers not only a venue but also inspiration and a sense of community.

When you visit us, you’ll step into a world where every object has a history and a purpose - and where what others have let go of lives on in a new form.

We look forward to welcoming you!
